ART recruits by invitation. This page exists for the exceptional few who didn't wait to be asked. If you think you belong on this roster - prove it.
Be honest with yourself.
ART is not for everyone. That's intentional. Here's what this team is and what it isn't.
- Compete seriously and want a structured team environment around them
- Measure themselves by lap times, consistency ratings, and race results
- Want performance-based rewards - not a guaranteed pay cheque for existing
- Are committed to improvement and open to coaching and feedback
- Take sim racing seriously as a competitive discipline, not just a hobby
- Are looking for a casual arrangement with no accountability
- Race inconsistently and can't commit to a training and racing schedule
- Want team backing before they've earned it
- Treat feedback as criticism rather than data
- Are more focused on content and followers than on pace and results
What we're looking for.
Required
Pace
Competitive iRating relative to your target class. We don't require a specific number - we require evidence that you can compete at the front, not just participate.
Required
Consistency
Endurance racing rewards drivers who don't make mistakes more than drivers who are occasionally fast. Safety Rating and incident history matter as much as lap times.
Required
Commitment
ART asks for genuine commitment to the team calendar, race events, and development programme. Part-time enthusiasm isn't what we're building.
The Process.
Submit Your Application
Complete the application form below. Be direct and specific - we respond to honesty over polish. Include your iRacing stats, the classes you compete in, and what you're actually looking for from a team.
Data Review
We review your iRating, Safety Rating, incident history, and race results. Not to find a perfect number - to understand whether your data supports your application. We'll look at the evidence, not just what you say about yourself.
Assessment Event
Shortlisted applicants are invited to race alongside current ART drivers in a structured assessment session. This gives us - and you - a proper read on fit. Not a test. A race.
Offer or Feedback
We make a decision and communicate it clearly. If it's a yes, we outline the seat terms and onboarding. If it's not the right time, we give you specific feedback on what needs to change - because we'd rather develop the right drivers than reject them once and forget them.
